Yes, we will obtain and contact candidate references for you. We do not conduct formal background checks as this step is completed by the employer during onboarding to ensure adherence to individual state legal requirements.
Yes, we offer a 90-day guarantee on all candidates placed through LGA Recruiters. If the candidate doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 90 days, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
