Should you wish to proceed after reviewing the role, we’ll share your resume directly with the decision making leaders for their consideration.

If the client expresses interest, we’ll provide you more detailed information about the company and will coordinate  interviews between you and the client.

We guide you through offer negotiations, present the formal offer to you, and submit the executed copy to the client. 

We guide you through the resignation phase and provide tips to support you. We will continue communication with you to ensure you experience a smooth transition.
