Our Process

1. Client Need

Should you wish to proceed after reviewing the role, we’ll share your resume directly with the decision making leaders for their consideration.

5. Company Interviews

If the client expresses interest, we’ll provide you more detailed information about the company and will coordinate  interviews between you and the client.

6. Offer Negotiations

We guide you through offer negotiations, present the formal offer to you, and submit the executed copy to the client. 

7. Transition

We guide you through the resignation phase and provide tips to support you. We will continue communication with you to ensure you experience a smooth transition.

8. Career Management and Marketing

Our goal is to establish a strong, long-term relationship with you throughout your career, so you can turn to us when you're ready for a change. As your career evolves, we regularly check in and actively promote our candidates to clients when they are seeking new opportunities.
